RAISE THE BAR is Berkeley Law's first stand-alone alumni day of giving (separate from the university). The campaign has one simple goal: To encourage more alumni to contribute to the Berkeley Law Fund in support of the next generation of Berkeley Lawyers.

Your gift supports our financial aid program, ensuring that highly qualified, diverse students are able to attend Berkeley Law, despite the increasing annual cost of attendance – now $85,000+.
Your gift underpins faculty excellence, making it possible for today's students to benefit from the same outstanding teaching enjoyed by generations of past Berkeley Law students.

Berkeley Law's alumni giving participation lags behind many of our peer schools.
Most importantly, alumni giving helps provide access to a Berkeley Law education to highly-qualified and diverse students from all backgrounds.
But, alumni giving also influences the U.S. News & World Report rankings. Giving has helped boost UCLA to #15 and consistently enables Michigan Law and UVA Law to compete for our rightful spot in the rankings, based on other metrics.
