Bears for Palestine's (BFP) mission is to create a space on campus specifically for Palestinian voices-who have routinely been silenced by various organizations on and off campus, administration, and peers.
BFP hopes to foster a safe space for Palestinians to magnify their voices, and for Palestinians and allies alike to continue to educate themselves about the Palestinian cause.
In light of recent political events (both on and off campus), it is more vital than ever to facilitate a space on campus for Palestinians to come together and express a sense of community and solidarity. The voice for Palestine on campus has largely been one of allyship, and Palestinians on campus are now coming together to reclaim their space in their struggle and heritage.
