Hello CalFS friends, family, alumni, and supporters!

We are now in the last week of our ongoing crowdfunding campaign, which is ending on 2/28 at 11:59 PM PST -- in 4 DAYS!! Thank you to those who have already donated; we are just past halfway to our goal and have $2100 to go!

Just this weekend, our team proudly won 3rd place at DU Open and have qualified for the Intercollegiate National Championships in April. We are proud of every member on our team for all their hard work on and off the ice in their wonderful performances throughout this season. 

We couldn’t have done it without the donations that we received in past years that paid for our hotels, ground transportation, start fees, and more while we competed, as well as hosted Skates on the Bay in 2025 and 2026. Now more than ever, we need your support with the restructuring of sports clubs and having to bear a larger financial burden on our own!! Figure skating is an expensive sport and your donation goes a long way to alleviating the costs for our team.

Every single dollar is appreciated and goes a long way. With the funds raised, we were able to allow every member who wanted to compete a chance of participation and afford hotels and ground transportation during our competitions. Cal Figure Skating just competed this last weekend at the second of three qualifying competitions of the season. We are so excited to announce that out of 12 teams from California to Colorado to Idaho, we ended the weekend in first place! Our team scored over 100 points—one of our highest scores to date! We will be traveling to LA in couple weeks for our final qualifying competition of the season, where we will find out which teams from the Pacific Coast will be headed to Nationals in April.
