Our Crowdfunding Groups
After an amazing few weeks, we have officially completed our crowdfunding campaign. Thanks to all your help, we have raised a grand total of $2,925! With this, PictoKit can definitely accelerate its expansion into the future. Within the next year, prepare to see our kits available for in-person workshops, as well as online! We are also excited to share that PictoKit: Retirement Toolkit has won 3rd place in Financial Inclusion for the startup accelerator Big Ideas@Berkeley. We would definitely not have gotten there without all your support! In the next few weeks, we will be reaching out to all our wonderful donors to share with them our perks.
PictoKit has gone a long way since we started the campaign, and we wanted to share with our supporters what the kit has accomplished. A huge thank you to all those who have supported us so far! We have made a lot of progress thanks to your help, from finalizing all of our co-design activities to working together with local businesses in the Bay Area to prototype our kit. So far we have tested our PictoKit: Retirement Toolkit with local employers and institutions, such as UC Berkeley’s CalDining.
We learned a lot from our initial pilot testing, and look to further fine-tune our kit to be even more collaborative, fun, and comprehensive. We have been actively communicating with the working community, and can’t wait to build upon the advice we have been given on Retirement Toolkit for future workshops!
