After improving our design based off feedback on our proposal, the MEC Team had their Preliminary Design Review (PDR) with the folks at NASA this morning. Our NASA liaisons were quite impressed with our presentation and design and can't wait to test the RABeT System at the Neutral Buoyancy Lab!
On December 9th, the MEC Team at Berkeley was selected for Phase Two of NASA's Micro-g NExT Challenge! We will continue to refine our design with the help of our NASA mentor, and we will send it to the Neutral Buoyancy Lab in Houston for testing in June.
