Dear Forum Family,
Thank you again for your support during our 2016 crowdfunding campaign! We recently announced new events for the Spring 2024 semester and our team has been working extremely hard on this amazing lineup. We want to ensure you remain informed about all that is to come. With less than a week left to raise $1,680 for this year's campaign, we're asking for your assistance in reaching this milestone. Each and every dollar makes a difference and goes a long way to advance our mission of furthering discourse in the Berkeley community in an accessible manner and bringing special guests to campus. Please consider donating to support the Forum so that we can continue to host amazing events! Thank you!
Sincerely,
Urmi Sumant

Thank you for your past donation to The Berkeley Forum! This semester, we are back full force with in-person events, and the Forum needs your help to keep our events going. We have five days to raise $4,000 in order to fund more debates and panels, accesible venues, and big-name speakers. Please share our campaign on Facebook and consider donating to support our cause. Thank you again!

Thanks to your help, we have raised $3,788 in the current crowdfunding cycle! We are only $212 away from reaching our goal of $4000. There are only 2 days left in our campaign and we would really appreciate it if you chipped in one more time. Your contributions will directly support our organization and its mission to provide a wide range of free and accessible events in the Berkeley community.
These include recent debates, panels, and talks with individuals like former White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest, who spoke at the Forum on October 12th, and artist and muralist Zio Ziegler, who visited on October 23rd.
Help us reach our $4,000 goal by continuing your support: share this campaign and like our Facebook page!
On behalf of all of the student members of the Berkeley Forum, a massive thank you to all of those who donated. With your help, we were able to SURPASS our goal to raise $4,730!
The generous support of our donors will allow our organization to bring some of the best thinkers, leaders, and innovators to campus to participate in debates and panels. The money we raised will allow our organization to keep growing at the incredible pace that we have been since our founding in 2012.
Specifically, your donations helped fund our panel on Asian-American Representation in the Media and our upcoming panel addressing millennial voices in politics. We hope to be able to put on even more debates and panels with the amount raised and will keep you updated as we do.
We will be able to not only increase the number and quality of our debates and panels, but also strive to continue engaging our community in discussions featuring a wide array of perspectives. Your incredible support will allow us to energetically pursue our mission of furthering Cal’s history and tradition as a place of free speech and intellectual dialogue. More importantly, our crowdfunding success will keep our events completely free for all UC Berkeley students, staff, and faculty and accessible for community members.
Thank you so much again to all our donors on behalf of the Forum staff. Because of your efforts and support for #4000ForTheForum, the Berkeley Forum will be able to continue to grow and bring even more incredible guests to campus!
