We're raising funds for Senior Class Council!
tl;dr - We plan events and graduation for the senior class (Cal '22), and we need your help! Let's make senior year amazing!
With the full brunt of COVID-19, the class of 2022’s years at Cal have taught us the true resilience of a Golden Bear. The Senior Class Council--a part of The Californians--is dedicated to creating engaging, meaningful senior year experiences that will make every impending graduate a proud Cal Bear for life. It is our mission to build class unity, school pride, and ultimately incite passion for current seniors to remain active and engaged alumni after their undergraduate years have come to an end.
These last few semesters have not gone according to plan. Thankfully, we have an in-person graduation planned (for now). We plan to host events for the Senior class, to make our last year more memorable. Last semester, we hosted the Senior Big Game pre-game at Kip's, and funded tickets for a ton of seniors to come in, raise a glass, and raise some school spirit. MORE EVENTS TO COME! We also choose commencement speaker for graduation!
But we need YOUR help! Your financial contribution allows us to host both social and educational events that help prepare hard-working graduates enter the post-grad world and create fond memories of their Cal experience. Help us give our Seniors a semester to remember!
Budget breakdown:
$1,500 - Planning Senior events (painting the Big C, more bar crawls, etc.)
$500 - Designing and purchasing Senior class merchandise
We will send you a digital thank you card from the team!
We will handwrite you a personalized thank you card!
In addition to a handwritten thank you card, we will shout you out on our social media!
Handwritten thank you note, social media shoutout, and personalized thank you video!
