Our Crowdfunding Groups
Hello! We are Berkeley's only fastpitch softball club! We are a group of college-aged women who love softball and want to provide the opportunity for experienced players to play fastpitch softball as well as teaching new players more about the sport. We first started this organization back in 2019, but due to COVID this will only be our second season playing. This semester, we will have regular practices and scrimmages so that we can prepare to compete in our NCSA tournaments this Spring. We won six out of 12 games last semester, and we are looking to do even better this year! We are depending on your support to pay league dues, purchase equipment, rent practice space, and travel to games. Help us reach our goals!
Here are some items we are fundraising for this year:
League dues for this semester: $1,350
Team uniforms: $600
Field rentals (Home games): $720
Travel (Away games): $400
Umpire payments: $1,120
Total: $4,190
Our fundraising goal is $2,200. We will use money left over from last semester, plus this semester's fundraising, to cover these expenses for the year.
Suggested Donations
$20 will buy the team gatorade or snacks
$35 will give us one hour of game time
$54 will pay league dues for one player
$93 will cover an umpire's salary for one home game
$163 will completely pay for one home game
