Our Crowdfunding Groups
Hello! We are Berkeley's only fastpitch softball club! We are a group of college-aged women who love softball and want to provide the opportunity for experienced players to play fastpitch softball as well as teaching new players more about the sport. We first started this organization back in 2019, but due to COVID this will only be our second season playing. This semester, we are planning to finish our tournament season strong and start preparing for next year! We are gaining recognition as a club sport at Berkeley and will officially make the transition at the end of this semester. We are depending on your support to pay league dues, purchase equipment, rent practice space, and travel to games. Help us reach our goals!
Here are some items we are fundraising for this year:
League dues for this semester: $1,275
Team uniforms: $850
Field rentals (Home games): $720
Travel (Away games): $700
Umpire payments: $1,240
Total: $4,785
Our fundraising goal is $3,500. We will use money left over from last semester, plus this semester's fundraising, to cover these expenses for the year.
Suggested Donations:
$20 will buy the team gatorade or snacks
$35 will give us one hour of game time
$54 will pay league dues for one player
$93 will cover an umpire's salary for one home game
$163 will completely pay for one home game
