Who We Are
America's ToothFairy at Berkeley is a new student-run organization that wants to educate young children about their oral health and give back to our community. Our mission is to help children understand the importance of dental hygiene while providing interesting and fun activities during the learning process. In addition, we would like to deliver accessible oral hygiene resources to underserved children.
We embody our mission through meaningful action. Our students craft informative pamphlets and deliver teach-ins, both contributing to our educational approach. The goal of our lesson is to inform children about how to properly look after their teeth and teach them how to properly brush their teeth. We hope that the information we present will keep them motivated to maintain their oral hygiene habits. Through dedicated fundraising, we procure necessary instruments for assembling dental hygiene kits, which are thoughtfully distributed during our events.

Your donations will 100% go towards purchasing the materials needed to assemble the oral hygiene kits!
The hygiene kits cost around $5 to build and include a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss.
We hope to make 500 kits!
As more UC Berkeley students engage with our club, they bring their unique ideas for enhancing our community impact. We look forward to integrating these innovative ideas into our future endeavors. Our most recent initiative involves an expansion of our educational outreach efforts, to reach adults on campus, residents in elderly care homes, and communal spaces within our community.
