About Redefine Her Street at Berkeley
Redefine Her Street is a growing international organization trying to create the largest women’s undergraduate finance network. We already have chapters at Swarthmore, Stanford, McGill, and more! Our intercollegiate network helps provide women with important educational resources and most up-to-date information about the recruitment process. Another critical part of Redefine Her Street is the partnerships we build with Wall Street firms and financial services companies that are interested in gender parity. These relationships allow us to have first-hand information about opportunities as we work with these companies to build a robust pipeline of talented, intelligent, capable, and well-rounded women. We work closely with our national board of directors who have experience working at Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Barclays SIG, DWS, and more!
Events
We meet bi-weekly to host finance workshops, recruitment prep, fireside chats, etc on all topics of finance (Investment Banking, Asset Management, Sales & Trading, Recruiting, etc) Also, every month, we invite speakers who are working in the financial industry to share their experience in work, interview, and job seeking. These events provide our members with access to educational resources outside the classroom and also equip them with knowledge of working in the financial industry.

As a currently reactivated organization at UC Berkeley, we are facing a financial challenge that has made it difficult for us to run the club and hindered our ability to host events. Therefore, we are fundraising for all of our future events.
