Social Enterprise Clinic Crowdfunding Campaign April 28-29, 2026 (Berkeley Law)
Support Berkeley Law Students Helping Mission-Driven Businesses
For 48 hours, April 28-29, we’re raising $25,000 to launch a new series of free public workshops, led by Berkeley Law students and supervised by expert faculty, to support mission-driven entrepreneurs across our communities.
The Social Enterprise Clinic provides real-world legal support to social enterprises—both nonprofit and for-profit organizations using business as a force for racial and economic justice.
Our students serve as transactional counsel, helping founders navigate contracts, governance, compliance, and growth—legal foundations that are often out of reach for early-stage, impact-focused businesses.
Your gift will help:
- Launch a new series of free public workshops
- Expand access to high-quality legal guidance for social enterprises
- Give Berkeley Law students hands-on experience at the intersection of law, business, and social impact
- Strengthen organizations working to create more equitable economic outcomes
Together, we can remove legal barriers so social impact can move faster—and farther.
