Support BERKE1337 in the 2025-26 School Year!

BERKE1337 represents the undergraduate student body's best cybersecurity minds and talent. Over our decade of competing in national competitions, we've won competitions such as Collegiate Cyber Defense Competition and were finalists in the National Cyber League, gaining us recognition from the State of California for our efforts. Our club also runs a lab network to promote cybersecurity learning through guides and articles, as well as acting as the foundational model for other cybersecurity club's infrastructure. We're raising funds to continue our mission to represent Berkeley and cybersecurity, we'll be using the funds this semester to send our team to more competitions and continue amplifying our platform and making it more useful for all people.

From Spring 2025's Build Day Social where we put together our lab, 1337NET!

We plan to use the funds through the course of this semester and the next. Our previous fundraiser in Spring 2024 lasted us up until now so we're planning to make the most of this fundraiser!. Regardless of if we hit our goal, we will be making sure to reinvest into more cybersecurity events and furthering our mission to represent the cybersecurity students at Berkeley. We believe that it's a niche field and suffers from lower representation, so growing our community is of utmost importance to us.

Our funds are expected to be divided up into the following categories. We will be prioritizing each category equally regardless of if we hit our goal! 

• 30% Competition funds
• 25% Lab funds
• 25% Meetings and outreach
• 20% Conference Transport.

All estimates are rough only, and actual expenditures may vary.

We'll be using our project funds and put it into the highest priority areas, namely our competition funds and meetings/outreach funds. We believe these are most crucial to the continuation of our club's legacy for open cybersecurity learning.
