Hello everyone,

We have officially concluded our 2025 Fall Crowdfunding Campaign for Berkeley Scientific Journal! We wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has donated, shared a link, or helped in any way. This year, we were able to reach and exceed our goal of $1,200 -- thanks to your generosity! With this money, we will continue to provide free access to science journalism and increase public awareness of technological developments in the greater Berkeley Area.

Our upcoming issue Prism will be released in Spring 2026, so stay tuned for those of you who donated $50+ for a magazine print issue. We have already reached out about mailing address, so make sure to let us know so we can send over the gifts!

Hello to our crowdfunding community! 

Thank you so much for your past support of the Berkeley Scientific Journal! It truly means a lot to us that you donated to our organization to help support undergraduate science journalism. Thanks to your support we have been able to publish and distribute our journals throughout the larger Berkeley community, start up a second mid-semester magazine publication "The Hypothesis", and continue to engage with professors and undergraduate researchers. Right now, we are putting finishing touches on last year's journal titled "Chimera", getting our writers started on this semester's set of publications, and working to increase readership and acknowledgement of our high quality work!
