Final Update: CHE Fundraising Finished and Goal was Surpassed!

November 09, 2025

To everyone that supported this campaign,

Thank you so much for all the help, whether it was directly donating or spreading the word. UC Berkeley CHE has been working hard to be a space on campus for inspiring Latinx Pre-Health professionals since 1976, and thanks to all the donations we will be able to continue that legacy with the Minorities in Health Conference!

Through this campaign we were able to raise $1845, 123% of our goal, from 21 donors. We are super excited to begin planning our spring conference with these funds - which includes being able to rent the space, provide breakfast/lunch, give out scholarships, provide workshops, and more for our attendees!

Over the coming weeks we will be reaching out to our donors so they can collect their perks, so please be on the look out for a message from CHE in your inbox! Again, thank you to everyone that was able to support our fundraising campaign. We are all very grateful to be able to continue offering new resources and opportunities to support the UC Berkeley Latinx community and the local Latinx high school community in their journeys through Pre-Health.

Sincerely,

Ariel Cardenas

Co-Conference Coordinator
